Back on the Market!

After 18 months, we have decided to list our home for sale again.  You can find accurate photos of the living room, family room, bedrooms and bathrooms in the photo stream to the left, but the kitchen and dining room have been remodeled!  Below you will see the new counter tops, newly painted cabinets, and newly painted walls.  For an older home you will find the kitchen to be very airy and open.

Call us at 801-830-4682 or 801-615-0010 for more info.  We are selling the home ourselves and are happy to schedule a time for you to come and see the property.  Available times will begin on Monday, November 12th.

The asking price for this 2486' sq home is $177,000.  It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.  There is a deck and a hot tub in the back of the fenced yard.

The master bedroom also has an attached dressing room with closets and room for a couple of dressers, and a master bathroom.  This is a rare find in an older home.

There are new windows installed throughout the upstairs.

Central air, water softener, and a high efficiency furnace were all installed in 2008.

The front load washer and dryer & dishwasher are included in the price (with other appliances negotiable).

Perfect location for families.  Walk to the elementary school, the jr high, high school, church and even the grocery store.  Great neighbors and a great historical neighborhood.  We have lived here for almost 19 years and have built wonderful memories as we have raised our family here.

Hope to see you soon.

A Bird's Eye View of the Property

I thought it would be nice to show visitors to this site exactly where in the world 541 Brookside is. It's in Springville, Utah, nestled in an established community that's well known and appreciated in the area. It's only 15 minutes from BYU, or 15 minutes up Hobble Creek Canyon to the golf course, camping, and more. Watch this short video to get a bit of a tour of the neighborhood and the city and see how close this property is to schools, grocery story, church, museum, etc.
